A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

At IKEA Gallerian, it's full speed ahead every day with about 5 colleagues in the Recovery department working together to make IKEA a more environmentally friendly company and give our products a longer life. We receive product returns from our colleagues in Exchanges & Returns to make decisions on the next steps for the products. We find innovative solutions to restore damaged packaging or give returns and showroom samples a second chance through sales in our Circular Store. We also work on product quality to ensure that customers can always trust that what we sell meets our quality standards. Cost awareness is always a key focus at Recovery.

As a Team Leader in Recovery, you will have direct responsibility for about 5 employees whom you will lead, coach, and develop in line with IKEA's employee idea and values. This responsibility includes conducting development discussions, training, time reporting, and rehab processes.

Your daily tasks may vary, from recruiting new team members to conducting salary discussions with existing employees. A significant part of your time will involve leading your team in daily operations and ensuring that the customer is always the focus.

  • Work with your department to achieve its sales, quality, logistical, and customer service goals alongside your team.
  • Strive to improve and simplify work methods and routines.
  • Lead, plan, and prioritize the daily operations of the department.
  • Participate in the department's long-term strategic planning.
  • Contribute to making IKEA a fantastic workplace.

The Team Leader position is a full-time permanent position (38.25 hours/week) with a starting date to be agreed upon. Shifts are scheduled during weekdays, both during the day and evening, and every third weekend. Salary according to a trade agreement with a responsibility supplement.
