Job Description

As an Electrical Component Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and verifying electrical components used in the automotive sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our electrical systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance. We operate cross-functionally, spanning from hardware concept and design to final verification and production implementation.

Your responsibilities may include:

  1. Delivering high voltage electrical distribution components alongside the team
  2. Driving development and identifying solutions for new platform applications according to the roadmap
  3. Addressing challenges in current products and supporting existing platform applications with the team
  4. Actively participating in our agile team, managing the JIRA backlog, and utilizing the development and release processes, such as KOLA, PDM, SE tools, etc.
  5. Engaging with a broad network both within and outside of product development
  6. Collaborating with global customers, providing feedback, and ensuring they receive the necessary technical support for their purchased products

Qualifications

In Electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent

0-3 years experience within electrical engineering

Experience in high voltage electrical systems and distribution components

Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and high voltage components

Proficiency in using development and release tools such as JIRA, KOLA, PDM, SE tool, etc.

Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)

Meritorious:

  • Experience with electric vehicle systems and components
  • Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to high voltage electrical systems
  • Swedish language skills are highly meritorious
