Job Description:

We are searching for a sourcing manager with extensive experience in IT sourcing services and products for our client in Stockholm

Assignment description

To be successful in this role we value your experience from international organizations where you have worked with various sourcing and commercial models. You have great experience from various sourcing models such as SaaS services, managed services, outsourcing, projects, products etc.

You are used to drive your work and create collaboration as needed to progress delivering business expectations and business outcome.

As a Sourcing Manager, you have full responsibility for all Sourcing and Procurement related activities for one or several Product Areas where you are the primary contact for the assigned areas.

Your responsibilities include:

Act as advisory and hands on support for specific Product area(s) to develop sourcing strategies and sourcing plans supporting business needs and objectives.

Execute on sourcing plans, by driving the entire deal process including establishing relevant type of commercial models, devise negotiation strategies, manage the RFx process from start to end, and lead commercial and contractual negotiations.

Responsibility to develop the right vendor portfolio for the product area(s)business partner relationships.

Responsibility to build and maintain strong vendor partnerships and collaboration.

Manage assigned contracts and vendors through their lifecycle.

The client will benefit from your background within IT & Tech Sourcing and Procurement in areas related to digital workplace services and products, collaboration tools, telecom, and service desk.

  • Excellent business acumen and deal making skills, including procurement, sourcing, and negotiation
  • Great understanding of commercial contractual models
  • Vendor management and vendor governance
  • Contract management (drafting, negotiating, onboarding, lifecycle management)

  • Solid communication skills, including being able to provide challenge in a constructive manner

Experience

  • Knowledge high generalist competence, or very high competence in the current role.
