At our clinic, we have 2 dentists, 1 dental hygienist, 4 dental assistants, and 2 receptionists. We offer 5 treatment rooms, excellent staff facilities, and a centrally located reception area.

We are constantly working on clinic development, establishing routines, and ensuring a fun work environment.

Job Responsibilities

Primarily, this position involves reception work such as scheduling patient appointments, handling payments, and managing appointments. We emphasize efficient schedule planning to ensure productive workdays for all. You will also be responsible for liaising with the region, the Social Insurance Agency, and insurance companies.

Additionally, you may assist in chairside duties and provide support in sterilization processes.

Qualifications

Ideally, you have a dental assistant education, although this is not mandatory. Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. Good computer skills are also advantageous.

Personal Qualities

As you will be the first point of contact for patients, a friendly and welcoming demeanor is essential. You will be the pivotal planner of our days, ensuring everything runs smoothly based on our guidelines.

Additional Information

Our working hours are as follows: Monday 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Additional time is required for opening and closing duties. This position is at 90% capacity.
