About the role:
The Team Lead Credit Control leads the team that is responsible for Cash Collection.
Leads several employees. Monitors the Credit Control Team KPIs and specifies the necessary action points.
What you'll do:
Leads the Collection Team, consisting of Credit Control staff Supports and motivates the team when settling and following up on ageing/disputed invoices Accepts personal responsibility for the daily monitoring of open back orders Monitors the age of the account receivables and handles the collection thereforIs the first point of contact for Sales concerning all deviations from the standard procedures Takes personal responsibility for settling the payment reminders and approaching customers concerning payments in arrears, for which specific payment agreements have been reached by the Credit Controllers Accepts personal responsibility for the settlement of unpaid amounts and missing payment specificationsWhat we're looking for:
Preferably higher education, oriented towards the economics and administrative disciplines, or the equivalent in experience Fluent in Swedish and very good command of English General and basic understanding of accounting General MS Office understanding Advanced understanding of MS Excel Good understanding of SAP Highly analytical mindset Focused & goal orientated mindset Customer-orientation Encourages high performing teams Great communication skills Can-do attitude Commercial insight People management - focus on servant leadership
