Meta Bytes fortsätter att växa och söker nu en erfaren Technical Delivery Leadtill vårt kontor i Laholm.Rollen innebär mycket ansvar och frihet, nära samarbete med kunder och flera av våra utvecklingsteam.

Vad kommer du pyssla med om dagarna?
  • Leda utvecklingsteam genom projekt - från planering till deployment och löpande underhåll
  • Leda kundrelationeroch allt administrativt som hör därtill
  • Facilitera arbetet kring att omvandla affärskrav till produktkrav
  • Löpande planera och prioritera arbetet där du säkerställer att teamet har information och förutsättningar för att arbeta på ett effektivt sätt
  • Hålla koll påprojekt, med fokus på leveranskvalitet, kundrelation och budget
  • Motivera team till att leverera lösningar av hög kvalitet och samtidigt ha kul på jobbet

Om dig
  • Du har teknisk kompetens till att agera produktägare - du knackar inte kod men du kan snackatillräckligt omdeployment, utvecklingsmiljöer och annat inom utveckling för att se till att det tekniska blirgjort
  • Du är riktigt duktig på administrativa uppgifter och har gärnaerfarenhet inom ledning av tekniska projekt
  • Du inser vikten av att utvecklas som ett team och har förmåga att engagera och motivera kollegor
  • Du har skinn på näsan och kan påett smidigt sätt ställa krav och förväntningar på både kollegor och kunder
  • Du ser lärande och egen utveckling som en väsentlig del av ditt arbete
  • Du har utmärkt svenskt ochengelskt tal och skrift (extra intressant med kunskaper iesperanto, knoparmoj eller rövarspråk)
  • Du är utomordentligt duktig på uppföljning och mår nästintill dåligt av oorganiserade noteringar och projekt
  • Du är social, klarar av att navigera internpolitik hos kunder och partners och ser med glatt humör baramöjligheter när problem uppstår
