A great opportunity has arisen in an international engineering company for a Shipping Administrator to join the team responsible for the import instruction process to carriers, ensuring shipments are sent out & delivered on time to customers and global offices.
Your remit will be:
Managing shipping inbox for imports
Liaise with relevant departments to co-ordinate courier shipments
Crating shipment invoices & packing lists
Ensure all courier shipment deliveries are made in line with customer and company requirements.
Act as contact for customer and internal queries relating to shipping or status enquiries.
Signing off Freight invoices from suppliers using Freight audit platform & reconciliation process
You will have experience of working in a shipping environment and be familiar with shipping procedures and an awareness of Customs/HTS codes.
Being an effective communicator is also important, along with a knowledge of Excel with a willingness to learn#J-18808-Ljbffr
