About the role
As a receptionist, you are the face of the company where you always keep an eye out for needs to create the best workplace experience for our client and their visitors. You build good relationships with the client and are the central point for our service delivery. With your professionalism and dedication, you ensure that everything is carried out efficiently and with a focus on service.
Tasks include:
- Plan and perform daily operational tasks
- Administration such as booking follow-ups, invoices, and orders
- Receive and direct customers appropriately
This is a temporary position starting immediately until week 35. Full-time working hours on weekdays from 7am-4pm during weeks 25,26,33,34, and 35 (part-time 10am-2pm in other weeks).
Our candidate
We are looking for someone with previous experience in:
- Service-oriented industry where excellent customer service was a key part of your daily tasks
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
Your personality
With your proactive nature, initiative, and structured way of working, you can easily prioritize tasks. You are hands-on, unafraid of challenges, and have a natural flair for customer service. Being able to flexibly switch between tasks gives you energy, and having fun at work is important to you.
