Internship in Purchasing

Join us for an exciting full-time internship where you will gain valuable experience by collaborating with two diverse purchasing departments. This unique opportunity will provide you with a wide range of tasks and insights. Throughout the internship, you will be involved in:

• Assisting the Purchasing Engineering Team in the introduction of new products
• Supporting the preparation of non-disclosure agreements (NDA and ICA)
• Participating in supplier scouting activities
• Contributing to Ratio Project Planning (RPP)
• Engaging in TTM (time to market) projects and meeting preparations
• Coordinating with various teams internationally

The second part of your internship will focus on Strategic Purchasing, which entails strategic planning and decision-making processes in procurement.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Assisting in negotiation preparation and supplier meetings
• Supporting cost-saving initiatives and liaising with the R&D department
• Managing sample and tool orders
• Facilitating the parts release process with suppliers
• Maintaining supplier master data

Duration of the internship: 6 months, starting in September 2024

Your standout qualities

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in English communication, Swedish proficiency is advantageous
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and drive innovative solutions
• Background in a technical field is a bonus
• Enthusiasm for learning and supporting various functions
