Boule Medical söker Complaint and process Specialist

Din nya tjänst:

Som Complaint and process Specialist hos Customer Care arbetar du i ett multifunktionellt team med stort kundfokus. Du kommer att arbeta på vårt kontor i Spånga i nära samarbete med Boules alla olika avdelningar. Det finns goda möjligheter att utvecklas i rollen då vi på avdelningen har många olika funktioner men på en avdelning.

Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar bland annat:

  1. Vidareutveckla arbetet med att utveckla rutiner och processer för att förbättra verksamheten på Customer Cares avdelning.
  2. Ta fram och presentera statistik på klagomål av interna och externa kunder.
  3. Hantera, analysera och riskutvärdera interna klagomål samt från tex. Partners och distributörer.
  4. Ta fram och driva ändringsordrar för produktvård och förbättring av befintliga produkter.
  5. Delta och representera Customer Care i projekt som arbetar med utvecklingsprojekt.
  6. Skapa samt redigera manualer och teknisk dokumentation till våra kunder och för vår servicepersonal.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  1. Teknisk högskoleutbildning inom medicinteknik eller motsvarande.
  2. Tidigare erfarenhet från medicintekniska företag och god förståelse för Medical Device (IVD) samt ISO Du är även välkommen att söka om du har erfarenhet från reglerad och standardiserad verksamhet.
  3. Arbetat Agile inom tex. Lean Kanban eller Scrum.
  4. Erfarenhet av att ta fram teknisk dokumentation för reglerade och standardiserade verksamheter.
  5. Erfarenhet av tekniskt arbete, exempelvis konstruktion eller support.
  6. Förmågan att förstå och kommunicera avancerad teknik.
  7. Användarkunskap om verktyg som Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop.
  8. Du är strukturerad och bra på att driva ditt arbete framåt.
  9. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift, då du kommer att arbeta i en internationell miljö.
  10. Körkort.

  3. Avsluta startade uppgifter inom utsatt tid.
  4. God samarbetsförmåga.

Övrig information:

Tjänsten är ett vikariat pga föräldraledighet på ca 12 månader med goda möjligheter till förlängning av att stanna på avdelningen.
