The role:

This role is not like any Talent Acquisition role, it is challenging, but very rewarding, demanding but very much developing. Together with a team of highly skilled recruiters you will solve recruitments in a dedicated or several areas. There are several options how to develop into this role. The team:

Since Northvolt is still growing at the speed of light, Talent Acquisition is not like anywhere else. It is a care function and everyday our 30 heros make the impossible happen. The team is divided into smaller sub-teams dedicated to our different Business Units or sites and we work very closely with other service teams like Onboarding, Employer Branding, Relocation, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sourcing and recruitment strategy to find attractive candidates for a wide range of roles
  • Build and maintain talent pool
  • Be a trusted advisor when it comes to recruiting
  • Contribute to building a great work environment as we grow the organization
  • Execute on hiring plans, drive all end-to-end recruitment efforts and partner closely with hiring manager

Education/Experiences:

  • You have a university degree in HR, economics, psychology or similar
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably from agency + inhouse
  • Background in sales is highly beneficial
  • Proven track record in building a relationship with senior business stakeholders
  • Proven track record in ensuring diversity perspective in the full recruitment process
  • English and Swedish skills, both verbal and written

Bonus points for:

  • Experience from start-up/scale up is preferred, in a global market
  • Experience from high volume recruitments
