THE JOB
- As a Fastighetstekniker at Clarion Sign, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the hotel's areas.
- Handling fault reports, repairs, maintenance, and supervision.
- Dealing with technical systems like control technology, HVAC, and ventilation.
- Performing troubleshooting and functional checks of technical systems.
- Focusing on resource efficiency and reducing the environmental impact.
- This role includes weekend work.
YOUR PROFILE
If you have years of experience in service, operations, and maintenance within the property or technical field, and want to take on a role with independent responsibility, improvement work, and proactivity, then this position is for you.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, strong commitment, teamwork skills, responsibility, proactiveness, attentiveness, and drive for work and business development are essential.
Being a team player and understanding the guest's priority are crucial in all situations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed high school education and several years of technical work experience, preferably in property services.
- Post-secondary education in technology/property and HVAC is mandatory.
- Competence and experience in conducting SBA checks and safety inspections are preferred.
- Proficiency in using computers is required, while knowledge of electrical work is a bonus.
