At Scandic Star Lund, we have created our own piazza inspired by the local market. We are a top meeting venue in southern Sweden with conference facilities for over 400 people in our theater and space for 450 dinner guests in the banquet hall.

Position Available: Receptionist at Scandic Star Hotel in Lund

As a Service Host, you play a key role in creating a world-class guest experience alongside the hotel team. Your responsibilities as a receptionist contribute to the overall guest experience. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, make decisions to ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Ensure guests receive top-notch service
• Manage Front Office responsibilities
• Handle check-ins and check-outs
• Attend to guest needs and requests
• Administer tasks related to guests and security
• Work on sales activities

Your workplace is the lobby, where you interact with the most guests. The role also involves administrative tasks, security work, and sales-related activities.

It's essential to have strong social skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and convey hospitality effectively to guests. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.

The position offers work on a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
