Job Description

Are you keen on joining a crew that focuses on the development of vehicles for the future? By becoming a part of this team, you will be contributing to the testing of the functionalities of upcoming vehicles. Your key responsibility in this role will involve carrying out system tests utilizing Python. The team you will be a part of concentrates on gearbox, transmission systems, and clutch control.

Key Task:

  • Establish test cases for System & SW safety requirements (SIL, HIL) using Python

Other responsibilities may involve:

  • Initiating kickoff & retrospective meetings
  • Setting up the test environment: booking time for the HIL, cooperating with the model team to resolve any HIL-related issues
  • Executing and evaluating test cases
  • Ensuring the quality of outputs
  • Reporting any discrepancies discovered during system testing
  • Maintaining traceability & confirming the resolution of software defects

Tools and Skills you will utilize:

Etas INCA Python, Polarion, JIRA, GitLab, Functional Safety

Requirements
  • Experience in system testing (creating test cases, test scripts) within embedded systems
  • Skills in requirement review, analysis, and building test cases from requirements including HARAs, FMEAs
  • Proficiency in blackbox testing and various testing methods such as requirement-based, interface, fault injection, boundary value, etc
  • Experience/knowledge of different testing levels: Python, C, C++, CAPL Software testing automation framework, Robot framework, Linux, RTOS BareMetal (any of the above)
  • Experience in software in loop (SIL) and hardware in loop (HIL) testing Git, Jira, Jenkins

Desirable:

  • Experience or understanding of functional safety standards is advantageous (ISO26262)
  • Experience or understanding of ISO21434 is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency in Swedish language (spoken and written)
