SEB Group Risk söker nu någon att ta över nyckelrollen som Head of Non-Retail Credit Risk Modelling. De senaste åren har SEB satsat på att bygga organisationen ur ett större perspektiv, med stort fokus på den förankring IRB-organisationen har med resten av banken. I och med denna satsning kommer man vidare fokusera på organisationsbyggande för en mer fortgående, sömlös och beständig organisation. SEB Group Risk söker därför en erfaren och framåtlutad person att ta vidare arbetet i att utveckla denna specialistfunktion tillsammans med många drivna och duktiga medarbetare inom banken.

Rollen är en nyckelfunktion inom Credit Risk Modelling och är för rätt kandidat en möjlighet att under eget ansvar få leda, bygga och utveckla sin grupp. Du kommer ha en central roll i strategiskt viktiga projekt med stor påverkan på hela banken. Som ansvarig chef driver du utveckling både mot interna och externa krav, leder utveckling av bankens interna riskklassificeringsmodeller och driver aktivt arbetet för förbättrad datakvalitet. Detta är en unik möjlighet för dig att bidra till utvecklingen av SEB:s Non-Retail Credit Risk Modelling och driva framgången för organisationen i en ständigt föränderlig miljö. Rollen innefattar bland annat att:

  • Driva projekt inom området för kreditriskmodellering och fungera värdegivande för funktionens kultur
  • Arbeta med komplexa och utmanande frågor samt föreslå högkvalitativa lösningar anpassade för bankens affärsverksamhet
  • Delta i strategiskt arbete och kommunicera och bygga nära relationer med intressenter inom banken
  • Utföra regelbundet underhåll av existerande kreditriskmodeller och löpande stärka upp kring rutiner och processer
  • Delta i strategiskt arbete som rör modelleringstekniker och anpassa modeller och metodik efter nya regelverkskrav

För att lyckas i denna roll bör du ha ett stort intresse för ledarskap och utveckling, med erfarenhet av att leda större grupper inom denna typ av organisation och bevisad förmåga att vidareutveckla organisationen i termer av kultur, rutiner och processer. Utöver detta bör du ha flera års erfarenhet av kvantitativt arbete mot en regulatorisk miljö, med god förståelse för avancerade interna riskklassificeringsmodeller (IRB) eller marknadsrisk. Som person är du duktig på att skapa, bygga och upprätthålla varaktiga relationer. Du bör ha en stark analytisk förmåga och ett intresse för detaljer, med en mycket god förmåga att lyfta blicken och se ur ett större sammanhang. Vidare har du en relevant akademisk utbildning (MSc eller PhD) med matematiska inslag, samt en god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på både engelska och svenska.
