Cabinets Assembly är en avdelning inom Agile Manufacturing som ansvarar för tillverkning och provning av större delsystem till våra radarsystem.

Som chef för Cabinets Assembly är det viktigt att arbeta nära dina medarbetare och spendera stor del av din tid ute i verksamheten, för att förstå våra produkter och hjälpa till där det behövs. Nyckeln för att lyckas i rollen är att nyttja och utveckla kompetensen hos dina medarbetare för att möta en hög leveransprecision och ett föränderligt kundbehov. Avdelningen kommer bestå av ca. 20 medarbetare.

Du kommer att vara medlem i ledningsgruppen för Agile Manufacturing och där ansvara för produkt- och produktionsrelaterade frågor inom ditt område. Utöver ditt individuella ansvarsområde förväntas du även tillsammans med ledningsgruppen vara med och förvalta samt utveckla vår agila produktion.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:
  1. Coacha och leda din avdelning och dina medarbetare mot överenskomna mål och förbättringsarbeten
  2. Tillsammans med dina medarbetare och supportfunktioner säkerställa att produktleveranserna kommer i tid med rätt kvalitet och kostnad
  3. Du ansvarar för, och skall aktivt arbeta för, en säker och trygg arbetsmiljö
  4. Budgetansvar
  5. Tillse att rätt kompetens finns tillgänglig i gruppen för att möta framtida krav

En god kommunikativ förmåga är förutsättning i det dagliga arbetet, då personliga möten är en central del i form av medarbetare, supportfunktioner och kunder. Vi söker dig som är en följsam ledare och förmedlar energi till gruppen.

Du är resultatinriktad i ditt ledarskap och främjar ett öppet, förtroendefullt och innovativt klimat i din organisation såväl som i samarbete med andra funktioner.

Vi söker dig som har:

  1. Ett starkt intresse och engagemang för tillverkning samt Lean/Agile-principer som bygger på en kompetenskultur, flexibla resurser och en förmåga att möta förändring
  2. Erfarenhet från tillverkning och/eller produktutveckling
  3. Affärsförståelse, kundfokus och en förmåga att kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativa åtgärder
  4. Och gärna erfarenhet av att leda och coacha människor

Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på ett visst medborgarskap.
