  • Windows 10 evergreen support, feature update and Office 365 feature updates via SCCM
  • Windows 10 Operating System, Active directory, Network knowledge
  • SCCM task sequence for OSD and Application deployment
  • Manage patch and application compliance
  • Security updates/Patch deployment for workstations and Servers through SCCM Server.
  • Knowledge on Maintenance window in SCCM
  • OS Deployment through SCCM and maintain SCCM Patch activities
  • Knowledge on ITIL process and effective Communication to cater the International Client
  • Starting from validating and/or gathering requirements (due diligence) from the business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system, windows technology with hardware and OS layers integrity and functions,
  • In depth knowledge on Microsoft Deployment Toolkit versions
  • Excellent Scripting knowledge on Scripting languages like VB Scripting, batch Scripting,
  • PowerShell and other related scripting technologies
  • Strong understanding on USMT migration tool and various methods of Data Migrations
  • Good understanding of Deployment methods including Wipe and Load, Upgrades, WAAS
  • Extensive knowledge on Zero touch and Lite touch deployments using MDT and SCCM and Intune
  • Deep level troubleshooting skills on Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge on Drivers and good understanding on how to integrate device drivers into the build
  • Designing a system and produce HLD, LLD, tech note, and IT architect experience mainly service architect.
  • Must have depth knowledge on Auto pilot co-management features.
  • Must have strong troubleshooting skills on Intune.
  • Ability to go technically deep across M365 services (at least level , and actively seek solutions to customer needs and communicate trends to leadership.
  • Creating service solution architecture and service design based on modern Enterprise
  • Mobility Management solutions (Microsoft Intune)
  • Understanding keys concepts behind Certificate delivery, Autopilot, Delivery Optimization, Bitlocker, App development/deployment, ABM (Apple Business Manager), OMA-URIs, SDK scenarios, Windows Update management and usage of Graph APIs
  • Well versed with Intune integration scenarios like Co-management, and 3rd party integration
  • Good understanding of Office 365 Identity areas
  • Need to be commercially aware as hosting and licensing costs can influence the solution
  • Responsible to build & implement the solution within the designed architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into architectural framework and design
  • Translate business requirements into architecture roadmap to support mobility vision for line of business
  • Capability to read and write technical documentation
