Turner & Townsend is excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team.

Person Specification:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of influencing diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic procurement across various sectors, with a specialization in managing large-scale procurement programs and demonstrating proficiency in commercial and contract management throughout project execution.

Main Job Purpose:
  • Actively contribute to the growth of our Procurement division by providing expert strategic guidance and procurement services
  • Lead strategic procurement initiatives, foster stakeholder relationships, and oversee team members to achieve project objectives successfully
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in strategic procurement, commercial management, and contract negotiation within sectors like Industrial, Data Centers, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceuticals
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and nurturing client relationships
  • Proficient in leading projects independently and collaborating effectively within a senior management team
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing efficient procurement strategies and conducting thorough contract management
  • Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering successful project outcomes
  • Experience in bid management and delivering client presentations
