We are looking for a Musketeer Scout to join our team in Umeå and surrounding areas. Red Bull is seeking individuals with a strong winning mentality, goal-oriented, and team player spirit. As a Musketeer Scout, you will be responsible for selling Red Bull products to customers primarily operating during the day, such as street kitchens, cafes, pizzerias, lunch restaurants, and large workplaces. Your tasks include managing existing customers, finding new ones, and sales points. You will be part of our sales team in the On-Premise department.

Areas of Responsibility

The responsibilities we entrust to you:

• You are responsible for sales within your district, meeting goals, and monitoring results. Build effective and rewarding relationships with customers through your personal, professional, and curious approach.
• You are the expert on Red Bull products and brand. Identify opportunities, provide insights, and suggestions to improve your customers' sales. Develop your customers' restaurants to new heights. A solution-oriented, reliable, and 'can do' attitude is essential.
• As a Musketeer Scout, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset. Work systematically and creatively, seek alternative paths through curiosity and proactivity. Take initiatives, challenge yourself, colleagues, and customers when necessary. Constantly seek opportunities to develop new or existing businesses, activations, and partnerships.

• Must have a valid B driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in wholesale companies and/or sales

• Passionate about the Red Bull brand
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
