Lookbook Stylist

H&M Studios create fashion content for H&M's full assortment globally, such as model images, product images and video assets. Our mission is to elevate the full assortment, enabling H&M to become a credible fashion brand. As a Lookbook Stylist you will be responsible for and be the overall owner of how your customer group's products are presented on globally. This requires a deep understanding of the assortment, trends, and design within the Business Unit in question. You are responsible for maintaining the high quality of product presentation, as well as you are securing commercial and strong product presentation through styling and image based on assortment and customer group.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce and deliver assigned images according to set guidelines.
• Create mood boards and hair- & makeup briefs.
• Collaborate with photo studio team and act as informal leader on set.
• Be proactive and bring new ideas to constantly improve the workflow and shopping experience.

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced fashion stylists. We believe that you have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, styles, people, brands, media, art, and culture. You have vast experience, an eye for detail and a proven track record of success in the fashion industry, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise.

What you need to succeed:

• Extensive industry experience
• Experience working in large and high-paced image production.
• You work well under stressful conditions.
• You are an open and straightforward communicator.

Good to have:

• Previous experience from freelancing and/or agency is meritorious.
• Experience from e-commerce
