Job Title: Executive Trainee

For the Sandvik Group CEO and CFO Office, we are in search of an Executive Trainee. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced environment and learn directly from the Group CEO and CFO of a leading industrial company. About Your Role

  • Work closely with the Group CEO and CFO, assisting with presentations, management meetings, projects, and analyses.
  • Be the finance business partner to the executive team.
  • Act as the secretary for the Executive Management Team, gaining insight into driving an international company.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization, laying a strong foundation for your future career.

You will directly report to the CFO while having a dotted line to the CEO. This position is based at the World Trade Center in Stockholm and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

About You

We are seeking someone with a solid academic background, preferably holding a degree in business or finance. You should have one to three years of experience from a Big Four firm, consultancy, or as a business controller. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and excellent English communication skills are a must.

Your proactive attitude, result-oriented approach, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are key. Strong team player with effective communication skills who contributes positively to a collaborative work atmosphere. Natural ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
