Job Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Senior Business Analyst with experience in the IT industry, focusing on solving complex business challenges. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry practices.
• Utilize your technical expertise to assess feasibility, prioritize, identify risks, and propose innovative solutions.
• Lead requirement workshops and facilitate discussions to build consensus among cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and User stories, maintaining clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply your expertise in sectors such as public, energy, and finance to tailor solutions that address sector-specific challenges and compliance requirements.
• Apply agile methods, promote iterative development, continuous improvements, and adaptive planning methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of documented experience as a Business Analyst, requirements analyst, business analyst, or similar role in one/several of the public sector, energy sector, or finance sector.
• Strong technical background with knowledge in software development methods, data analysis, and system architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to different audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in agile methods, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and familiarity with industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Possession of requirements analysis certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE), or Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
• Swedish citizen, fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
