Vi söker dig som vill vara med och utveckla vår kunds leverantörer med fokus på elektronikrelaterade komponenter inom självkörande teknik (kameror, sensorer, rader).

Inom denna tjänst så blir man något av en lokal globetrotter inom Europa med resor någon gång i månaden och många spännande möten längs vägen.

Din framtida utmaning Du kommer hamna i ett team med god stämning där alla ställer upp för varandra och jobbar mot gemensamma mål.

Tillsammans kommer ni att se till att alla leverantörer lever upp till sina åtaganden.

Dina ansvarsområden kommer att innehålla: Granska leverantörer och identifiera risker inför leverantörsval.

Ansvara för PPAP-processer.

Revision av leverantörers interna processer Verifiera och validera produkt- och processprestanda hos leverantörer.

Leda och följa upp APQP-aktiviteter.

Överblick av leverantörers kapacitet och finansiella prestanda tillsammans med andra inköpsfunktioner 8 D granskning och godkännande av kvalitetsbrister från leverantörer.

Coacha och driva leverantörer i ständiga förbättringar.

Långsiktigt bygga ditt personliga nätverk av leverantörsfunktioner, inköpare, produktutvecklare och andra berörda intressenter.

Den du är idag Du är bred i dina kunskaper och förstår att det finns fler aspekter i rollen som SQE.

Du känner till att det finns väldigt många intressanta utmaningar att jobba med i Göteborgs fordonssektor, även om du nödvändigtvis inte behöver vara så intresserad av fordon i övrigt.

Som person är du kreativ och nyfiken inför uppdragets behov och förstår vad det är som skapar värde i varje situation.

Du tycker att det är spännande när allting inte är bestämt på förhand och sporras av att få sätta dig in i nya sammanhang.

Du har fenomenal fingertoppskänsla och har förståelse för projektets behov, för att kunna hitta den rätta lösningen för att komma framåt.

Du är social och gillar att arbeta i team och ser spännande utmaningar i de möjligheter som erbjuds.

Du har följande med dig: Kunskaper inom fordonsindustrin och tillämpligt arbetssätt mellan leverantör och fordonstillverkare: IATF/ISO/TS 16949, APQP och PPAP.

Erfarenhet av revision av leverantörers tillverkningsprocesser (SEM, SEMAT, VDA 6.3).

Erfarenhet från Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma eller andra metodiker inom förbättringsarbete.

Kunskaper inom el- och elektronikproduktion är mycket meriterande.

Erfarenhet från att arbete i tvärfunktionella projektgrupper.

Ingenjör / civilingenjör eller relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.

Goda engelskkunskaper, både i tal och skrift.

Möjlighet till tjänsteresor i Europa.
