The Product Engineering team comprises multiple self-organized cross-functional teams equipped with the necessary expertise to develop our groundbreaking digital products and solutions for patients and healthcare providers involved in global clinical trials. We operate with an agile approach, consistently delivering new software releases every quarter.

About the Position
In this role, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for developing a frontend application (both mobile and web) as well as a backend-for-frontend layer using NodeJS. This team is part of a larger program encompassing a web portal, mobile applications, integration with medical devices, content management system, app configurations, and various other integrations. Join a digital product development and engineering organization comprising diverse cross-functional teams that are self-organized and equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver their part of the product. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and patients across the organization, assuming various distinct roles. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop innovative frontend features for patient-focused web and mobile applications.
  • Create features in a backend-for-frontend layer and a configuration layer in NodeJS.
  • Provide mentorship to fellow developers in the team.
  • Collaborate on feature elaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
  • Engage in scrum activities and PI planning.
  • Assist testing and incident management teams by investigating and resolving issues and bugs.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
  • Over 7 years of experience in software development.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a Lead Developer.
  • Proficiency in frontend development (React) for complex projects.
  • Experience with version control using Git.
  • Familiarity with unit testing tools like jest.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Web/Mobile Accessibility principles.
  • Basic experience in CI/CD processes using tools like Azure Devops.
  • Familiarity with React Native or native iOS/Android development.
  • Collaboration skills in Design/Figma tools and design systems.
  • Backend development expertise, particularly in Java.
