Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented individual to lead the Fuel & Environment product team and join our Consumer Services unit. We are looking for a leader who is enthusiastic about people, connected solutions, and driven to make a difference in our exciting journey ahead. The Fuel & Environment team's objective is to provide top-tier fleet services encompassing fuel, environment, and safety, all executed with a paramount focus on customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

Establish and supervise a highly efficient team consisting of Developers, Testers, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Attract skilled professionals to join the team, including full-time employees and consultants. Responsible for product and service runtimes, timely deliveries, and budget management within the domain. Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager and India Site Manager on resource allocation, ways of working, delivery timelines, and budget alignment. Contribute to the leadership team focusing on Fleet and Transport Management, engaging in strategy development, change management, and enhancing operational methodologies.Act as a representative of the Connected Solutions culture.Lastly, ensure the team's morale remains high.

Your Background

We are seeking a leader with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in collaborative team setups. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in software development, digital services, as well as a broad understanding of digital business and service design. A business-oriented mindset, personal integrity, and credibility are fundamental personal attributes. You must have a genuine enthusiasm for people, technology, and a resolute commitment to delivering products that ultimately benefit customers. Your character greatly influences your success; however, we anticipate that you also bring:

Extensive leadership experience in an international settingExceptional presentation and communication abilitiesA university degree in business engineering, computer science, or a related fieldProficiency in English, both written and verbalA valid work permit for Sweden, unless you are an EU citizen
