Vi letar efter en erfaren Senior Automation/Control Systems Specialist som ska bli en del av vårt team och bidra till en grönare framtid. Rollen är en del av vårt ambitiösa tillverkningsteam i Skellefteå. Som en automationsspecialist kommer ditt ansvar att innefatta idrifttagning av ny utrustning och processer i återvinningsanläggningar, optimering av processutrustning och design av styrsystem, automatisering och instrumentförbättringar. Dina bidrag kommer att säkerställa att varje batterifabrik har en batteriåtervinningsanläggning och därigenom möjliggöra en hållbar cirkulär ekonomi.

Viktiga ansvarsområden inkluderar

Kännedom om alla aspekter av automatiseringssystem vanliga i kemiska anläggningar.
Kännedom om alla standarder och bästa sätt att arbeta för tillförlitlighet.
Kan granska styrningssystemdesignen för processystemen mot tillämpliga specifikationer, standarder och normer.
God kännedom om processautomatisering, inklusive styrsystemets maskinvara, funktionsbeskrivningar, styrberättelser, nätverkstopologier, instrumentering och PLC/SCADA/DCS-system.
God förståelse för automatiseringsgränssnitt, säkerhet och interkonnektivitet.
Design och förbättring av automationsprodukter och system.
Stödja fabriksacceptanstest (FAT) och förberedande idrifttagning av utrustning och delsystem.
Granska ingenjörs- och HSE-dokument för att säkerställa att idrifttagande och startkraven beaktas i designen.
Vara kundens representant vid alla automationsinspektioner på platsen.
Godkänna och hjälpa till med utförandet av utrustningsidrifttagning, kvalificering och valideringsdokumentation, inklusive FAT, SAT och SOP:er.
Samarbeta med ingenjörs-, projekt- och driftteam för den slutliga överlämnandet av den nya utrustningen och ge slutgiltigt godkännande av den testade utrustningen.

Krav

Examensbevis inom automation/instrumentering/styrsystemsteknik, Kandidatexamen, Masterexamen eller liknande.

Minst 5+ års arbetslivserfarenhet inom Processautomation idrifttagning, kvalificering och validering.

Minst 5+ års relaterad erfarenhet inom en kemisk & hydrometallurgisk, petrokemisk eller petroleumproduktion, raffinaderi, mineralbearbetning eller liknande inklusive elektriska processystem.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet av att skapa, redigera och godkänna valideringsdokumentation.

Erfarenhet av en snabbväxande miljö, helst inom metall, återvinning, mineral- eller hydrometallurgibearbetning.

Goda problemlösningsförmågor och förståelse för vikten av att hålla fast vid satta tidsplaner och produktionsmål.

Erfarenhet av riskbedömningar, analyser och förändringskontroller.

Förmåga att planera, utveckla och genomföra flera projekt under strama tidsramar.
