Din rollSom Teknisk Chef hos oss kommer du att ha en central roll ioch ingår i ledningsgruppen, du kommer att säkerställa att vår tekniska avdelning uppfyller alla krav på produktsäkerhet, prestanda, kvalitet och lagefterlevnad. Du ansvarar för att driva projekt från start till mål och säkerställa att våra produkter utvecklas och levereras med högsta standard. Du kommer även att ansvara för våra processer och bistå affären med projektkalkyler och offertunderlag, kund och leverantörsmöten mm Huvuduppgifter:Säkerställer teknisk kravuppfyllnad avseende lagar, produktsäkerhet och kvalitet.Tar fram processer för produktkalkyler, offertunderlag och efterkalkylGenomför och leder kundprojekt från kontraktsgenomgång till leverans.Upprättar smarta porcesser och följer upp projektbudgetar och tidsplaner.Driver produktutveckling av både befintliga och nya produkter, -hårdvara och mjukvaraFöljer gällande standarder, lagar och direktiv.PersonalansvarIngår i bolagets ledningsgrupp, beredd att hoppa in som vVD när VD är på tjänsteresor. Upprättar och fastställer utvecklingsplaner, investeringsbehov Genomför utveckling av teknikfunktionen - teknikavdelningen Din profil:IngenjörFörändringsledare, viktig att du har lett förändringar och får med dig personalenProduktionsteknisk kunskap och erfarenhet.Mycket god samarbetsförmåga.Erfarenhet från ledande befattning, budget, personaluppföljning, utveckling, rekryteringIndustriell erfarenhet, van att arbeta med inköp, konstruktörer, produktionschef, logistikDu har mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift och behärskar engelskan på affärsnivå.Vi söker dig som är energisk, driven och vill vara med och utveckla SteelTech till nästa nivå och växa med oss.Vi tror att du har en stark analytisk förmåga samt är kommunikativ, pedagogisk och ansvarstagande.Du gillar att ha många kontaktytor, vara synlig i organisationen och tycker om att saker blir rätt från början, så noggrannhet och hjälpsamhet är något som ligger dig varmt om hjärtat.Som person tror vi att du är prestigelös, engagerad, noggrann, hjälpsam och affärsorienterad.
