För deras räkning söker vi nu en Databasadministratör.
Som databasadministratör kommer din huvuduppgift vara att manuellt komplettera, strukturera och rensa data i deras plattform.
Du kommer att hantera stora mängder data genom att kopiera och klistra in information från PDF-filer.
Arbetet kräver därför att du är noggrann, strukturerad och har ett öga för detaljer.
Vidare uppskatta rutinmässiga arbetsuppgifter då arbetet är repetitivt.
Sweden Green Building Council har sitt kontor i Hornstull och i rollen som Databasadministratör blir du en del av ett familjärt gäng som alla brinner för hållbarhetsfrågor.
Tjänsten är ett bemanningsuppdrag via Academic Work, med omgående start.
Uppdraget förväntas pågå fram till årsskiftet med eventuell chans till förlängning.
Arbetsuppgifter Manuellt komplettera, strukturera och rensa data i plattformen Kopiera och klistra in information från PDF-filer Säkerhetsställa att allting blir rätt så att statistiken blir korrekt Vi söker dig som Känner dig bekväm med att arbeta i olika datasystem Har en grundläggande förståelse för datahantering Har tidigare erfarenhet av ett administrativt arbete Uppskattar rutinmässiga arbetsuppgifter Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska då bägge språken används i det dagliga arbetet Önskar vara ledig v.
28-31 Det är meriterande om du har Arbetat med data är meriterande, särskilt om du har tidigare erfarenhet av datarensning eller liknande uppgifter För att lyckas i rollen har du följande personliga egenskaper: Noggrann Strukturerad Självgående Vår rekryteringsprocess Denna rekryteringsprocess hanteras av Academic Work och vår kunds önskemål är att alla frågor rörande tjänsten skickas till Academic Work.
Vi tillämpar löpande urval och annonsen kan därmed komma att tas ned innan sista ansökningsdag om det är så att vi har gått vidare till urvals- och intervjufas.
Rekryteringsprocessen innehåller två urvalstest: ett personlighetstest och ett test i kognitiv förmåga.
Testerna är ett verktyg för att kunna hitta den kandidat med högst potential för tjänsten samt främja jämlikhet, mångfald och en rättvis rekryteringsprocess.

Vi arbetar aktivt för en god bebyggd miljö där hållbara lösningar efterfrågas och premieras.
Våra medlemmar är företag och organisationer som vill utveckla och påverka bebyggelsen så att den blir mer hållbar.
SGBC har sedan starten 2009 vuxit snabbt och har idag över 400 medlemmar och cirka 40 anställda.
Vårt huvudkontor är beläget på Södermalm i Stockholm och vi har en filial i Göteborg.
SBGC är medlem i världsorganisationen World Green Building Council, en av världens största organisationer som finns i alla världsdelar och som arbetar med hållbarhet inom den byggda miljön.
