Rollen som Specialist på IT-infrastruktur och cybersäkerhet spelar en avgörande roll för att upprätthålla och säkra företagets IT-infrastruktur för att säkerställa en sömlös, säker och effektiv verksamhet i alla våra globala logistik- och leveranskedjeaktiviteter.

Specialisten ansvarar för implementering, underhåll och förbättring av IT-infrastruktur och cybersäkerhetsåtgärder, som omfattar både lokal hårdvara och programvara samt molntjänster.lidering och produktionssystem genom experthantering och integration av affärsapplikationer.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

  • Systemunderhåll och support: Se till att IT-infrastrukturen fungerar smidigt, inklusive nätverk, servrar, databaser och andra teknikplattformar. Utför regelbundet underhåll, uppdateringar och säkerhetskopior.
  • Implementering av cybersäkerhet: Implementera och övervaka säkerhetsåtgärder för att skydda data, mjukvara och hårdvara. Upptäcka och minska hot och sårbarheter.
  • Hantering av incidenter: Delta i hanteringen av IT-säkerhetsincidenter, inklusive utredning, dokumentation och lösning. Säkerställa snabb återhämtning efter intrång eller avbrott.
  • Hantering av molninfrastruktur: Övervaka driftsättning, hantering och drift av molnbaserad infrastruktur, inklusive IaaS-, PaaS- och SaaS-lösningar. Se till att molntjänsterna har optimal prestanda, tillgänglighet och skalbarhet för att uppfylla affärsbehoven.
  • Molnsäkerhet: Implementera och hantera säkerhetspolicyer och kontroller i molnmiljön, i linje med företagets ramverk för cybersäkerhet, för att skydda mot hot och säkerställa dataintegritet och efterlevnad av relevanta bestämmelser.
  • Kostnadskontroll och optimering: Övervaka och hantera utgifterna för molntjänster för att säkerställa kostnadseffektivitet. Implementera kostnadsbesparande åtgärder som att identifiera underutnyttjade resurser, välja kostnadseffektiva molntjänstmodeller och tillämpa automatisk skalning och reserverade instanser där så är lämpligt.
  • Leverantörshantering: Samarbeta med molntjänstleverantörer och leverantörer för att förhandla om servicenivåavtal (SLA), hantera kostnader och se till att tjänsterna uppfyller företagets krav på prestanda och säkerhet.
  • Stöd för molnmigrering: Hjälp med att planera och genomföra migrationsprojekt för att flytta lokal infrastruktur till molnet, säkerställa minimala driftstörningar och optimera prestanda och kostnader i molnmiljön.
  • Samarbete och utbildning: Samarbeta med IT-teammedlemmar för att förbättra infrastruktur och säkerhet. Ge personalen utbildning och vägledning om bästa praxis och policyer för cybersäkerhet.
  • Projektledning: Leda och delta i IT-projekt, från planering och utformning till genomförande och utvärdering, och se till att de uppfyller säkerhetsstandarder och -krav.
  • Efterlevnad och rapportering: Säkerställa efterlevnad av internationella standarder och bestämmelser för cybersäkerhet. Utarbeta och lämna rapporter om infrastrukturstatus och säkerhetsincidenter.

Befogenheter

Dessa befogenheter är föremål för tillsyn och granskning av CIO för att säkerställa anpassning till organisationens strategiska mål och ramverk för riskhantering.

Beslutsfattande befogenheter:

Systemändringar och uppdateringar: Befogenhet att besluta om rutinmässiga systemunderhållsscheman, uppdateringar och korrigeringar för programvara och maskinvara inom IT-infrastrukturen, i enlighet med fastställda policyer och förfaranden.

Genomförande av säkerhetsåtgärder: Befogenhet att i linje med teamets fördefinierade cybersäkerhetsåtgärder implementera brandväggar, antivirusprogram och system för intrångsdetektering, baserat på den aktuella hotbilden och företagets policyer.

Hantering av incidenter: Befogenhet att inleda rutiner för incidenthantering i händelse av säkerhetsintrång eller upptäckt av hot, inklusive isolering av berörda system och genomförande av preliminära undersökningar.

Operativa befogenheter:

Åtkomstkontroll: Behörighet att hantera åtkomstkontroller och behörigheter för användare och system inom IT-infrastrukturen, vilket säkerställer att anställda har tillgång till nödvändiga resurser samtidigt som säkerhetsstandarder upprätthålls.

Val av leverantörer och verktyg: Befogenhet att rekommendera och välja specifika IT- och säkerhetsverktyg, applikationer och leverantörer, efter godkännande av CIO, för att uppfylla företagets drifts- och säkerhetsbehov.

Program för utbildning och medvetenhet: Befogenhet att utveckla och genomföra utbildningar i IT- och cybersäkerhet för anställda, främja bästa praxis och förbättra den övergripande säkerhetskulturen inom organisationen.

Gemensamma befogenheter:

Samordning över avdelningsgränserna: Befogenhet att samordna med andra avdelningar, t.ex. drift, ekonomi och personal, för att förstå deras IT-behov och se till att IT-infrastrukturen stöder dessa krav på ett säkert och effektivt sätt.

Projektledning: Befogenhet att leda eller delta i IT-relaterade projekt, inklusive införandet av ny teknik eller nya system, från planering till genomförande och utvärdering, i samarbete med annan IT-personal och intressenter.

Säkerhetsrevisioner och bedömningar: Befogenhet att genomföra eller underlätta interna och externa säkerhetsrevisioner och riskbedömningar, rapportera resultaten till CIO och rekommendera förbättringar.

Övervakning av efterlevnad:

Befogenhet att övervaka och säkerställa efterlevnad av relevanta lokala, nationella och internationella regler och standarder för cybersäkerhet samt rapportera efterlevnadsstatus till CIO.

Jetpak har sitt huvudkontor i nybyggda Office One som ligger helt centralt på Arlanda, mitt emellan Sky City, det väl synliga flygledartornet och Clarion Hotel Arlanda Airport.

Kontoret ligger inom bekvämt gångavstånd från samtliga terminaler och stationer.
