• Leading technicians for disturbance follow-up (TAK/OEE) in production, performing trend analyses on our production disruptions and proposing actions and improvements.
• Leading root cause analyzes and developing improvements and technical solutions with a future focus based on these.
• Initiating and driving procurement and development of system support for a more digital workshop.
• Participating in the daily operations of production by supporting in situations arising in our machinery park.
• Developing efficient processes, working methods, and digitalization.
• Collaborating and supporting other functions such as construction, procurement with input in their processes.

Job Description

The production engineering department is looking for a skilled Production Technician to work on developing production processes, technical solutions, and working methods. The role of Production Technician largely involves leading strategic development and investment projects with a future perspective. Tasks at a more operational level also occur to support production in daily technical challenges.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone with a completed engineering degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience. It is a plus if you have a strong technical knowledge and solid process competence within the engineering industry.

As we are on a digitalization journey as a company, we expect you to be open to new types of digital tools and platforms to develop the existing production but also to see the opportunities for new investments and automation solutions.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and take initiatives to find new ways and working methods. You need to have a natural ability to initiate, carry out, and complete projects and development work.

Good teamwork and social skills are essential as a large part of your daily work involves collaborating with others both internally and externally. You should have good communication skills with a knack for building good relationships with colleagues and partners. Furthermore, we believe that you are a methodical and orderly person with good problem-solving skills where working both in a group and independently comes naturally to you. Analyzing and compiling data should not be a problem for you.

The work requires good computer skills and fluency in both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
