Data science är en ny avdelning inom Dagabs nya gemensamma funktion Avancerad analys och BI. Syftet med den nya organisationen är att ge Dagab bäst möjliga förutsättningar att ligga i framkant som datadriven organisation.

Gruppen Data science jobbar med utveckling och förvaltning av avancerade analysmodeller som bidrar till att vi blir mer datadrivna, vilket i sin tur leder till effektivisering, bättre insikter och ökad kundnöjdhet.

Det här får du göra

Som data scientist i gruppen jobbar du med nyutveckling och vidareutveckling av avancerade analysmodeller som stöttar olika delar av Dagabs och Axfoods verksamhet. Analysmodellerna bidrar i fler centrala processer inom Dagab som till exempel prognoser inom varuförsörjning, modeller för sortiment- och kampanjoptimering.

Du får jobba i ett team med andra data scientists vilket innebär att det finns stora möjligheter att utvecklas genom att lära av varandra, fördjupa sig i någon del eller bredda kunskapen inom teamets ansvar. Du får också möjlighet att jobba i tvärfunktionella team och bidra i flera av Axfoods mest prioriterade utvecklingsprojekt.

Som data scientist hos oss får du möjlighet att jobba i en modern molnbaserad plattform. Du kommer bland annat att jobba med programmering i Python och SQL och använda dig av exempelvis AWS Sagemaker och Airflow, för att lösa dina arbetsuppgifter.

Det här förväntar vi oss

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha minst ett par års erfarenhet från data scientist-yrket, BI, maskininlärning och AI. Vi ser också att du har högskoleutbildning inom statistik, matematik, datavetenskap eller en ingenjörsutbildning och att du har mycket bra kunskaper i, och stort intresse för, avancerad analys och AI.

Du behärskar såväl svenska som engelska i tal och skrift. Som person är du en samarbetsorienterad, analytisk och kreativ problemlösare med god förmåga att samarbeta med kollegor för att nå bästa möjliga resultat.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av:

  • Att arbeta med stora komplexa datamängder
  • Maskininlärning
  • Testning och utvärdering av modellresultat
  • Airflow för orkestrering av modellkörningar
  • Git och Bitbucket eller motsvarande verktyg för versionshantering och CI/CD
