Mojang söker en erfaren och engagerad Redovisningsansvarig för en spännande position inom finans. Som Redovisningsansvarig kommer du att spela en central roll i vårt mindre, men dynamiska team med fyra medlemmar. Du kommer att vara den ledande kraften bakom vår redovisningsavdelning och ansvara för en rad viktiga uppgifter, såsom att i det dagliga leda teamet och operativt bidra arbetsuppgifter som bokslut, analys, avstämningar samt ansvar för att kvalitetssäkra redovisningen.
Ansvarsområden:
- Ansvara för bokslut och årsbokslut, upprättning av årsedovisning och kvalitetskontroller
- Utveckla och coacha det mindre teamet för att nå framgång i leveranserna.
- Arbeta proaktivt för att lösa problem och säkerställa att arbetsuppgifter slutförs inom deadlines.
- Utveckla och förbättra interna rutiner och processer
- Analys och upprättande av månadsrapport till moderbolag i utlandet samt vara kontaktperson för externa intressenter.
- Samarbeta med revisorer för att planera och genomföra revisioner.
- Säkerställa efterlevnad av svenska lagar och redovisningsregler
- Fungera som en backup till finance director och stödja i budgetprocesser, revision och bokslut.
Kvalifikationer:
- Minst 10 års erfarenhet inom kvalificerad redovisning.
- Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för att driva arbetet framåt.
- Starka analytiska färdigheter och förmåga att fatta beslut under press.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en ledande position eller med teamansvar är meriterande.
- Erfarenhet från multinationella bolag är meriterade.
- Excellenta språkfärdigheter i svenska och engelska
