About the Role: As a key player in developing our operations, projects, employees, and customer relationships in the local market in Örebro and its vicinity, your role will be crucial. The team you will lead currently consists of six constructors, with the goal of expanding further by the end of the year. This position requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence. Your base and workplace will be at the Örebro office, where you will be part of a strong team of over 50 employees collaborating extensively on projects, sales, and business development. Requirements: You hold a degree in engineering and have several years of experience as a building constructor and consultant, demonstrating strong industry knowledge. While prior managerial experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A proven track record of successfully completed projects is a hallmark of your work. An established network of clients in Örebro and the surrounding area is essential for this role.
