What You'll Be Doing

Working as an inspection technician at Anticimex involves a variety of tasks and days with a mix of social, practical, and theoretical work. We value professionalism and a high sense of service in our ambition to deliver the best service on the market. As an inspection technician at Anticimex, you will always work closely with our customers.

As an inspection technician in property transfer inspections, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Conducting property transfer inspections on houses and apartments
• Preparing energy declarations

Who You Are

• You are passionate about providing excellent service, have good communication skills, and enjoy building relationships
• Interest in real estate and building technology
• Proficient in using digital tools such as phone, computer, tablet, etc.
• Preferably fluent in languages other than Swedish
• Hold a driver's license
• Practical experience in craftsmanship, carpentry, or property management/maintenance. Perhaps even specific work experience in building technical inspections, construction damages, or jobs related to indoor environments
• Beneficial if you can become certified as an energy expert in the future. This requires a higher education degree, vocational education in construction, energy, installations, or similar.
