As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a dynamic and analytical Media Coordinator to strengthen our media operations and boost our marketing strategies using cutting-edge media tools and analytics.

Job Description:

The Media Coordinator will have a crucial role in our Central Media Team, acting as the main contact for our media tool, overseeing media planning and execution, and analyzing media performance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a passion for online gaming and a talent for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for a global support function and manage global media spend pacing, create monthly/quarterly/annual global media reports, and contribute to marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the MediaTool (Media Management Platform), ensure all data is organized and uploaded across different markets, enhance system operations, and produce comprehensive media analytical reports. Share global media monthly reports with stakeholders, provide training to local markets and global marketing teams, and support external media partners and agencies.
  • Collaborate with various media partners to gather relevant data such as TV GRPs, Category Media Spend, Media consumption data, FB SoV, etc.
  • Coordinate international media campaigns, from planning to execution and assessment.
  • Conduct category, competitive, and market analysis including Share of Voice, Share of Spend, Share of Intent (search), among others, and relate these to our marketing investments.
  • Assist stakeholders at all levels with crucial analysis to drive business growth.
  • Utilize various systems, preferably with experience in PowerBi, Media Management platforms, Google Analytics, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Economics, or a quantitative field, or equivalent.
  • To excel in this position, we seek a self-motivated individual with a creative flair, proactive nature, and a talent for making strategic and operational decisions independently.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2C marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all media channels (ATL+BTL) and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Prior experience in a media agency or similar role, either as a media buyer or media analyst/insight, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in executing media campaigns with clear KPIs and follow-up actions.
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized, hands-on, multitasking marketer with a focus on achieving results and maximizing ROI.
