Om rollen

Som Industriell projektledare kommer du att driva implementeringen av flödesproduktion på företaget med syftet att optimera och skala upp produktionen. Du leder och koordinerar de medlemmar som ingår i projektet från avdelningar såsom produktionsteknik, planering, inköp, produktionskvalitet samt övrig produktion.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Planera, koordinera och genomföra ett utvecklings- och produktionsprojekt
  • Uppnå, rapportera och följa upp projektmål och mätetal
  • Identifiera och hantera risker inom projekten
  • Skapa och upprätthålla goda relationer med berörda intressenter
  • Avrapportera projektets status till styrgruppen
Erfarenhet och kompetens

För att passa för den här rollen krävs det att du har tidigare erfarenhet från industriellt projektledningsarbete. Vi ser gärna att du har vana att självständigt driva projekt och har god kompetens inom produktionsteknik och Supply Chain Management. Du har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område som exempelvis teknik eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet som vi bedömer som likvärdig. Rollen kräver dessutom att du talar och skriver svenska och engelska flytande.

Som person är du en duktig stakeholder manager som trivs med att ha breda kontaktytor. Vidare är du engagerad, analytisk och har en proaktiv och problemlösande attityd.
