Job Description

As a Senior Software Test Tech Lead specializing in ADAS/AD functions and systems, you'll be a crucial part of our skilled team in Gothenburg dedicated to Automotive Embedded SW Engineering clients.

You'll be part of a small, dynamic team of SW developers and test engineers, working closely together to provide value to our customers.

We have ambitious plans to grow into a larger team and elevate software testing to new heights in the coming years. We prioritize proactivity, teamwork, initiative, and continuous improvement among our team members. We grow together, enjoy our work, and inspire one another.

In this role, your main responsibilities include:

  • Designing test strategies and plans for various requirements (SIL, MIL, HIL)
  • Establishing test environments and remote test rigs
  • Developing a test automation framework
  • Analyzing and reporting results
  • Offering solutions and improvement ideas
  • Automating test scripts and working on HIL setups
  • Implementing test automation in the CI pipeline
  • Writing requirements-based test cases
  • Ensuring test coverage, requirement tracing, and result reporting
  • Assisting in bug reporting and fault finding
  • Practicing SW engineering best practices (source code control, unit testing, CI/CD)

Qualifications
  • MS or BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in automotive industry software testing
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in AD/ADAS functions/systems
  • Experience in test automation for embedded systems
  • Proficiency in tools like Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins
  • Familiarity with HIL test automation tools
  • Ability to comprehend C/C++ and model-based code (Simulink)
  • Experience with Vector tools (Canalyzer, CANoe, etc)
  • Understanding of DevOps principles
  • Strong Python skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks like SAFE
  • Self-organized and goal-oriented
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong communication skills

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • Proficiency in C++
  • Experience in Functional Safety ISO26262 and Cyber Security ISO21434
  • Knowledge of ASPICE
  • Experience with V-model in development and testing
