Our product is ideally suited for the modern office. According to numerous surveys, employees worldwide want to continue working from home a few days a week, coming into the office for creative teamwork and social interaction. Flowscape has one of the market's strongest products for making the new normal work, with solutions for booking workplaces, meeting rooms, parking spaces, and even seats for furry friends. We also offer tools to find colleagues, register visitors, gain building access, and analyze office space usage.
Flowscape is a SaaS company in the Proptech industry, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, with approximately 30 employees across four countries. We currently serve customers in 60 countries.
What We Offer
We offer a stimulating and enjoyable job at a small software company experiencing strong international growth. You will play a central role in the R&D team, with full responsibility for the 3D map engine developed in Unity. Our R&D team is composed of multi-talented developers working on a cloud-based backend built on micro services written in Java, and a mobile and web frontend developed in Flutter/DART. We also work with IoT devices based on LoRa and much more. We prioritize fast learning and quick correction of mistakes, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. You will work from our new, centrally located Stockholm office, with the option to work remotely a few days a week.
About the Position
You will be responsible for developing our Unity-based 3D map engine. We use a common code base, and the platform includes both the 3D map in the mobile and web apps and the map editor in the admin portal. Flowscape is renowned for its attractive and responsive map interface and ease of use. Your task will be to elevate this, creating an interactive map that sparks a fear of missing out, compelling employees to come to the office and interact. Additionally, the map editor should be as user-friendly as Sims. Since the map engine is integrated with the rest of the system, you will work closely with backend and frontend developers as well as UX designers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Your Profile
You have at least 3 years of experience in Unity development, focusing on 3D visualizations in mobile/web applications. You possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and a curiosity to learn and share knowledge. You appreciate working in a smaller team where you have significant opportunities to shape the overall system.
