Newsec provides property owners, investors, and tenants with a wide range of services in Property Asset Management, Advisory, Investment Management, Energy Transition, and Digital Accelerator. • Market, show, and answer questions about available apartments
• Create lease agreements for new rentals, exchanges, and transfers
• Conclude lease agreements and assist in moving in and out processes
• Communicate information to tenants and manage relevant digital platforms
• Conduct inspections upon lease terminations
• Handle other administrative tasks

Your Profile: Seeking individuals with relevant education or documented experience, customer service experience, administrative background, strong communication skills in Swedish and English, proficient in Office software, with a valid B driver's license. Experience in the real estate industry and property rental is a plus.
