Project Planner

Location: Vasteras and Gothenburg, Sweden
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Schedule Management: Establish and maintain project schedules, identify risks, and adjust plans as necessary to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays.
- Resource Allocation: Work with project managers to identify resource requirements, allocate resources efficiently, and collaborate with HR and procurement departments to ensure availability.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, regularly review risk registers, and communicate risks and mitigation measures to stakeholders.
- Communication & Reporting: Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and provide timely updates to senior management on project performance, milestones, and challenges.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the rail industry.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of rail industry regulations, standards, and practices (preferred).
