We are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating and developing valuable relationships. You will get to use your social and creative skills to showcase our products and drive sales. Do you have a few years of experience working in grocery stores and are eager to take on new challenges?

As an Activator, you will be responsible for regularly visiting our key customers in the grocery retail sector within your district. Your mission is to actively work on developing relationships and sales opportunities for Red Bull in around 20 stores.

Visits to different stores may vary, but during each visit, you ensure that our sales points are replenished and ensure maximum visibility and availability of Red Bull products, always represented with the highest quality. Moreover, you will work together with store managers to build, develop, and enhance store environments with your creative and innovative mindset. You are an expert at creating appealing displays that pique customers' curiosity and desire to purchase, which also involves a lot of physical work and heavy lifting. To be a successful Activator at Red Bull, significant commitment and loyalty to your customers are required, where you always see the next opportunity to further increase Red Bull sales in the store, while being a proud and important ambassador for Red Bull's brand and products.

In your role as Activator, you will be part of one of our six sales teams in the field and work closely with your entire team, but primarily with one or more Strikers (field sales representatives) in your region. We value an open and humble environment where we challenge and inspire each other, and through your humble and curious approach, you contribute to building the best team together.

You will be based at home and work in the district around North Stockholm and its surroundings. Your place of residence should be located within the district. The work will involve a few overnight stays at sales conferences. The application deadline is July 7th. Since we may fill the position before that, we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.

  • Red Bull is a strong brand that demands high standards of quality and professionalism. Therefore, it is essential that you are passionate about developing our business together with the customer. You do this by being personal, knowledgeable, reliable, and always delivering top-notch service. By being well-informed about your market and customers, you build efficient and rewarding customer relationships.
  • Your mission is to ensure Red Bull's presence, placement, and appearance in stores, based on agreements at a central level or in dialogue with buyers. You are the expert on how we should appear in stores for the best possible outcome for both the store and us. In addition to the can itself, you also work with other Red Bull materials and ensure they are displayed in an attractive and correct manner. Since you will be out in the field every day, gaining an understanding of what stores and customers appreciate, you become a crucial link between the stores and both our Trade Marketing and Key Account departments at the Stockholm office.
  • As an Activator, one of your tasks is to work with your customers focusing on the Perfect Store: Availability, Distribution, Right price, Visibility, Placement with Attractive communication. You are well-versed, and your customers trust you and the insights and suggestions you provide to improve their chances of increasing sales. It requires organization, result orientation, and a "can do" attitude.
  • The Striker is responsible for sales at each store you visit, but you are the one who makes things happen and ensures that we repeatedly exceed estimated sales figures. When the Striker pitches an exposure, you are the one responsible for meeting, or even surpassing, expectations in appearance and results. Once again, creativity and the courage to try new things are essential.

  • You have a valid B driver's license.
  • Experience working in the grocery retail sector is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is beneficial.
  • You are structured and proactive – you know how to act to get the most out of your workday.
  • You are loyal, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • You are trustworthy and skilled at building and developing long-term relationships.
  • You are a good communicator and a valued team player.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.
  • Travels 10-20%.
