I din roll kommer du att vara en del av avdelningen Operational Excellence som består av experter inom verksamhetsutveckling, digitalisering och compliance. Vi samarbetar tätt ihop med våra operativa linjeorganisationer samt ledningsgruppen och flera andra funktioner inom hela Vattenfall.
I rollen som IT Portfolio Manager Maintenance är du verksam i gränssnittet mellan verksamheten och IT där du säkerställer en bra förvaltning av IT system tillsammans med system- och informationsägare inom Vattenfall Värme. Du arbetar med att driva på digitalisering och utvecklingen av verksamheten framåt. Du arbetar med behovsanalyser tillsammans med verksamheten. Du ansvarar för adaptive maintainance inklusive budgetering och uppföljning.

Vi letar efter Dig som har:
Några års erfarenhet av att arbeta som IT Portfolio Manager eller i en liknande roll. Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Erfarenhet av att omvandla strategier till praktiska handlingar. Förståelse för Agila metoder och bimodala IT-miljöer, där behovet mellan stabilitet och flexibilitet måste balanseras. Erfarenhet av IT-styrningsmetoder, t.ex. förståelse för system- och informationsägarnas roller och ansvarsområden. Erfarenhet från IT adaptive maintenance aktiviteter. Erfarenhet från processindustrin eller energibranschen är meriterande.Som person söker vi dig som har lätt för och tycker om att samarbeta med andra då du i den här rollen kommer att ha ett stort nätverk. För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du har en fallenhet för struktur och är bra på att planera och organisera. Du kommer arbeta med att driva utveckling och digitalisering framåt och därför värdesätter vi att du är en handlingskraftig person. Tjänsten kräver kommunikationskunskaper både skriftligt och muntligt på svenska.
