Vi söker en UX/UI-designer till Trafikmyndighet i Stockholm.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Du kommer vara anställd av Centio Consulting Group AB och arbeta som konsult.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Myndigheten är den som har det övergripande ansvaret för att alla som bor i, eller besöker, regionen ska ha tillgång till en väl utbyggd, lättillgänglig och pålitlig kollektivtrafik. I myndighetens uppdrag ligger att bereda och verkställa beslut om inriktning och omfattning för en långsiktigt hållbar kollektivtrafik. Dessutom ansvarar de för styrning och uppföljning av trafikdrift samt upprätthållandet av infrastrukturens funktion, säkerhet och värde. Varje dag reser mer än personer med den allmänna kollektivtrafiken, det vill säga resor med tunnelbana, bussar, pendeltåg och lokalbanor.

Myndigheten behöver förstärka ett av deras utvecklingsteam, som arbetar med biljett- och betalplattform, med en erfaren UX/UI-designer som kan ta lead på att driva användarperspektivet i teamet. Tillsammans med produktägare och andra kompetenser i teamet, och i samverkan med såväl andra designers som slutanvändare, kommer du att bland annat arbeta med konceptutveckling och gränssnittsdesign för ett nytt webbaserat administrationsverktyg som används främst internt. Du kommer driva produktvisionen ur ett kund- och designperspektiv, och bistår produktägaren med frågor som scope och prioritering.

De sökerdig som är en erfaren och konceptstark designer som gärna rör dig i hela designprocessen, från research och analys, till prototyping, användningstester och UI-design. Du är en lagspelare som trivs bäst i en agil kontext där du samarbetar tvärfunktionellt med andra kompetenser, och är van vid att ta rollen som den som driver designarbetet i teamet, utifrån användarcentrerad metodik. Du är van vid att hantera komplexitet och duktig på att balansera kundvärde och verksamhetsnytta. Du har också erfarenhet av att arbeta med design i större organisationer, med komplexa tjänster och många intressenter. Och självklart är du van vid att möta användare för att bedriva research, utvärdera koncept och genomföra användningstester. Det primära designverktyget är Figma.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Minst 6 års erfarenhet av UX-design.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av visuell/UI-design.

Minst 4 års erfarenhet av design av webbaserade verktyg.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av designarbete i ett agilt utvecklingsteam, från minst ett uppdrag/projekt.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ha tagit fram personor/behovsgrupper, från minst tre uppdrag/projekt.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att utvärdera en lösning genom användningstest, från minst tre uppdrag/projekt.

Meriterande

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med design av system som tillämpar en behörighetsstruktur, från minst ett uppdrag/projekt.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med design i en organisation med fler än 1000 medarbetare, från minst ett uppdrag/projekt.
