Join us and be part of the team that enables the transition to renewable energy. We are seeking skilled IT/OT System Engineers to join our expanding IT organization in Luleå, Jokkmokk, and Sundsvall.

As an IT/OT System Engineer, you will work closely with the IT/OT infrastructure, involving hands-on tasks with both hardware and software. This role includes troubleshooting in distributed IT environments, managing system alerts, and ensuring IT security measures are met.

In our collaborative team of 10 colleagues, we emphasize a supportive and dynamic work environment. We prioritize security and confidentiality, with a strong focus on IT security.

This role offers diverse responsibilities and the opportunity to influence the development and maintenance of critical IT/OT solutions. With hydroelectric power playing a crucial role in Sweden's energy mix, your work will have a significant impact on the country's electricity production.

Qualified candidates will have post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience, along with a few years of experience in IT system operations/maintenance, preferably in data center/server operations.

Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) is highly beneficial due to the nature of our IT systems' role in monitoring and controlling our facilities.

We are looking for candidates with expertise in some of the following areas

• Server operations/storage solutions and backup
• Operating systems - Linux, Windows
• Directory services - LDAP, Microsoft AD
• Networking - switches, routers, firewalls
• Virtualization platforms - VMware, KVM
• System monitoring - Splunk, Nessus, Grafana, Nagios, or similar
• IT security - PKI, authentication, encryption
• Automation/scripting - Python, Powershell, bash, Ansible, or similar
• Telecom infrastructure - mobile telephony/GSM/LTE, Rakel

As an IT/OT System Engineer, you will have the opportunity to apply your curiosity and analytical skills in various situations, collaborating within our organization and at times across the group. Proficiency in Swedish and English communication is required. Occasional on-call duty may be involved, and travel may be required with a valid driver's license.
