- **Deine Aufgaben:**
- Je nach Erfahrungslevel liegen Deine täglichen Aufgaben in:
- Mitwirkung an internationalen High-Profile-Projekten mit Kunden.
- Lösung komplexer quantitativer Herausforderungen in der realen Welt.
- Arbeit mit komplexen Datensätzen zur Entwicklung von Risikomodellen und Analysetools.
- Unterstützung von erfahrenen Kollegen in ihrem täglichen Kundengeschäft, z. B. Verfassen von Managementberichten, Durchführung von Kontrollen, Finanzberichterstattung, Teilnahme an Kundentreffen.
- Entwicklung interner Projekte. Entwicklung von Präsentationsmaterial. Detaillierte Analysen zu einer Vielzahl von Themen, die von erfahrenen Kollegen benötigt werden.

- **Deine Fähigkeiten:**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (MSc oder PhD) in einem quantitativen Fach wie Mathematik/Finanzmathematik, Physik, Informatik usw. mit einem soliden akademischen Hintergrund von einer Spitzenuniversität.
- Frühere Teilzeitjobs/Praktika bei einer Unternehmensberatung und/oder einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen.
- Starkes Interesse an Finanzen.
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Vertrauen bei Kollegen, Stakeholdern und Partnern aufzubauen.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Informationen, Erkenntnisse und Schlussfolgerungen auf glaubwürdige Weise verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu präsentieren.
- Kenntnisse des Microsoft Office-Pakets (Excel, Powerpoint) oder den Willen, dies zu erlernen.
- Programmierkenntnisse in Python oder einer anderen quantitativen Sprache.
- Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (fließend in Englisch und Schwedisch).

**Ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung:**
- Zusätzliche europäische Sprache, vorzugsweise Deutsch.
