I rollen som System Reliability Engineer kommer du att tillhöra ett nyskapat team med fokus på att säkerställa att försäkringssystemet fungerar optimalt och kontinuerligt förbättras. Du kommer att arbeta med ett brett spektrum av uppgifter som spänner från felsökning och problemlösning till drift och proaktiv övervakning av systemet. Teamet jobbar även med att ge support till verksamheten genom att hantera service requests och incidenter som registreras löpande. Parallellt med detta arbetar teamet med att vidareutveckla applikationsplattformen för att minska supportbehovet och snabba upp åtgärdandet av incidenter. Teamet samverkar på så sätt med alla team för att implementera och förbättra integrationer och automationslösningar.

Applikationsplattformen består av följande komponenter:

  • Integrationskomponenter: API Gateway, SSEK-integrationer, SFTP.
  • Log- och övervakningskomponenter: ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana.
  • Batch-job: Diverse olika batch-job för att stödja och optimera våra operativa processer.

Vi söker dig som är analytisk och problemlösningsorienterad med förmåga att snabbt identifiera och åtgärda tekniska problem. Du har god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga för att effektivt kunna arbeta med olika team och intressenter. Samtidigt kan du självständigt och proaktivt ta initiativ och driva förbättringsprojekt.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med SQL och särskilt T-SQL för databashantering och optimering
  • Erfarenhet av övervakningsverktyg såsom ELK, Grafana och Azure för att säkerställa systemets tillgänglighet och prestanda
  • Kunskap om och erfarenhet av automationsverktyg som job-schedulerare, Power Automate och PowerShell script för att effektivisera arbetsflöden
  • Erfarenhet av .NET-utveckling i C#
  • God förståelse och praktisk erfarenhet av Git och Microsoft Azure DevOps-verktyget för effektiv hantering av kod och distribution
  • Talar flytande svenska, då Futur är ett svenskt företag med fokus på den lokala marknaden

Meriterande kompetenser:

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med Docker och containerisering för att säkerställa enhetliga och skalbara applikationsmiljöer
  • Har arbetat med Azure infrastruktur för att hantera och optimera molnbaserade lösningar
  • Om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta inom finans- eller försäkringsbranschen ser vi det som en fördel, men det är inte ett krav
