Om rollen
Som Financial Controller/Accountant spelar du en viktig roll i att utföra och kvalitetssäkra bolagets redovisning samt stödja strategiska beslut genom ekonomisk analys. Du är en viktig del i förändringsarbete kopplat till vår ekonomifunktion som består av tre ytterligare ekonomer. Du har ett nära samarbete med dina svenska och finska kollegor inom finance och agerar som en högra hand till vår Head of Finance. Du är också ett viktigt stöd till våra ägare, övriga funktioner inom bolaget och till våra butiker.

  • Ansvara och utföra för den löpande redovisningen och säkerställa att våra finansiella transaktioner är korrekt bokförda
  • Självständigt utföra delar av månad- och årsbokslutsarbete så som balansavstämning samt ansvarar för bokslutsarbetet och dess kvalité som helhet
  • Delaktig i budget- och prognosarbete samt löpande upprätta kassaflödesanalys- och prognos samt övervaka och hanterar företagets likviditet
  • Ad hoc analyser och rapporter som stöd för affärsbeslut
  • Skatt- och momsfrågor samt deklaration
  • Internt ansvarig för ERP/ekonomisystem
  • Löpande driva förbättringar av processer, rutiner och digitalisering inom ekonomifunktionen

Vem vi söker
Vi söker dig med minst 3 års relevant erfarenhet inom redovisning och bokslutsarbete. Du får med fördel ha en revisorsbakgrund från Big 4 eller som controller i ett medelstort bolag. Du har ett stort intresse och fallenhet för system samt en vilja att kontinuerligt förbättra, effektivisera och digitalisera processer. Kanske har du varit delaktig i en digital transformation och systembyte i tidigare roll. Erfarenhet från ett annat transaktionsintensivt bolag såsom tex. bank eller retail, ses som meriterande.

Som person är du en problemlösare med stark egen drivkraft, en positiv inställning och en professionell attityd. Du trivs i en dynamisk miljö och drivs av att ständigt förbättra. Du är analytisk och noggrann och har förmågan att se till helheten utan att missa detaljer. Vidare är du engagerad i ditt arbete och strävar alltid efter att leverera med hög kvalitet.

Du har en kandidat- eller magisterexamen i ekonomi/redovisning och behärskar svenska och engelska flytande.
