Welcome to the Senior Account Manager Position

As a Senior Account Manager, your main focus is on sales. You will be in charge of an existing customer base, aiming to maintain and increase their investments with us, while also working on acquiring new customers. Our clients consist of post-secondary schools such as vocational colleges, private educators, and universities.

Typical Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with your clients.
  • Drive sales through phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process.
  • Always be available for your clients.
  • Create business solutions and provide statistical/result follow-up.
  • Consistently work on marketing plans, ROI, and needs analysis.
Who are we looking for?

We are searching for individuals at the beginning of their careers with around 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B. Perhaps you are currently working as an Account Manager and seeking the next step in your career? The key is to be self-motivated, enjoy working in a team, and be passionate about achieving your goals. Additionally, fluency in Swedish and English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a relationship-building team player who sees opportunities. You establish strong and long-term business relationships with existing clients. You ideally create your routines, work strategically, and think outside the box. We also believe that you possess a lot of drive and determination.
