The Opportunity
Our team is dedicated to enhancing user experiences and promoting the well-being of individuals who use our industrial products by minimizing physical and mental strain. We achieve this by incorporating a deep understanding of human requirements, drawing on our expertise in industrial design, ergonomics, and studio design engineering.

Our focus areas encompass noise reduction, vibration control, temperature optimization, anthropometric considerations, and user-focused force management. As a new member of our ergonomics team, you will contribute across various ergonomics domains and collaborate closely with our specialists in ergonomics, industrial design, and studio design engineering on diverse projects. Progressing in your role may lead to specialization in a specific ergonomic discipline and involvement in shaping international standards with industry-wide implications.

Location: Nacka, Stockholm. Our team operates globally and maintains strong connections with colleagues in Sweden, Italy, Germany, UK, and the US. This role offers the chance to engage with our worldwide team and clients, involving occasional travel for a few weeks each year.

Your Background

  • Hold an engineering degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in enhancing ergonomic performance and promoting the health benefits of our products.
  • Proficiency in producing technical reports.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in areas such as acoustics, vibration control, and human anthropometrics.
  • Background in laboratory work, data collection, and signal analysis.
