Vi söker en erfaren Enterprise Arkitekt till ICA Sverige och ICA Gruppens centrala Enterprise architect team inom avdelning Digital Strategy & Direction. I denna roll kommer du jobba nära strategi- och leveransfunktionerna på ICA Sverige för att skapa tydlighet i den digitala strategin och riktningen för att driva på de förändringar vi identifierar och prioriterar.

Om jobbet som Enterprise Arkitekt

Du ingår i Digital & Technologys Enterprise Architecture Community och kommer dagligen samverka med andra arkitekter, funktionsansvariga, leveransledare och projektledare runt om i organisationen. I Enterprise Architecture Community arbetsfördelar vi arkitekturarbetet med att tolka företagets strategiska ambitioner till att formulera och förankra strategisk och taktisk riktning, handlingsalternativ, roadmaps och planer. Du är alltså en viktig kugge i att ta fram, kommunicera och förankra tydliga riktningsgivande lösningsalternativ som ofta är funktionellt tvärgående inom ICA Sverige eller tillsammans med de andra bolagen inom ICA Gruppen.

Enterprise Arkitekter i ICA Sverige har uteslutande ett brett funktionellt, processmässigt och organisationellt perspektiv vilket alltid ger ett tvärfunktionellt förhållningsätt till arbetsuppgifter och därmed skall du kunna täcka alla arkitekturperspektiv i ditt arbete, dvs Affär/Verksamhets-, Information-, Applikations- och Teknisk arkitektur. Tyngdpunkt kan skifta beroende på uppdrag, de strategiska behoven eller de verksamhetsmål som skall uppnås.


Är du den vi söker?

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • Flera års erfarenhet som Enterprise Arkitekt i stora, komplexa miljöer där det är extra meriterande med erfarenhet från retail.
  • Erfarenhet av att effektivt driva arkitekturarbete runt om i organisationen, ibland genom direkt arbetsledning men främst genom att involvera viktiga intressenter i arbetsprocessen och vi lägger stor vikt vid dina ledaregenskaper.
  • Erfarenhet att bygga och ta fram artefakter inom foundation-relaterade områden, dvs riktlinjer, förhållningsregler, god praxis och modeller.
  • Som person är du självgående, konsultativ och relationsbyggande och skapar engagemang och med en utmärkt kommunikativ förmåga både i tal och skrift i svenska och engelska.
